The craftmanship is amazing and he even laser engraved my last name on the handle. Not only is it beautiful but solid as well. This will be a heirloom for my son and family long after I am gone. The pizza axe with engraved blade arrived, and I am thrilled with it! The axe has such quality craftsmanship. I absolutely loved how you engraved both sides of the blade with my chosen Nordic runes. The handle is beautiful and so comfortable to hold. Together with its leather holder it has made an amazing tool to use and display. This is truly a one of a kind piece.

I would caution you, however, that the lack of communication tremendously worried me. There was no order confirmation after I paid you and no order tracking sent to my email when you mailed the axe. You did not reply to my emails when I asked for answers. I honestly thought I had been scammed. I would highly advise you to hire someone who speaks English to handle your communications taking orders and communicating with customers via email and your website chat to help facilitate the ordering process and customer questions after an order has been placed. Your website itself is wonderful! It is easy to navigate and showcases all your products so well. The website is well written and designed.
